RICHMOND, Va.—Kyle Busch once again leads the competition in stage points following Saturday night’s Toyota Owners 400 at Richmond Raceway.

Busch, who earned 10 stage points Saturday night, now has 108 stage points in 2018, passing Brad Keselowski (103 points) for the lead in the category.

Rounding out the top five are Kurt Busch (86), Joey Logano (83) and Kevin Harvick (78).

Overall, 28 competitors have earned stage points in 2018.

With the exception of the Coca-Cola 600 in May, every points-paying race in 2018 is broken up into three stages.

Each of the first two stages pays out points to the top-10 finishing drivers. A first-place finish gets 10 points, second-place gets nine points, and so forth.
