LAS VEGAS—Kevin Harvick dominated the Pennzoil 400 Sunday, leading 214 of the scheduled 267 laps to claim his second victory of the season.

This is Harvick’s 100th win across NASCAR’s top three series.

“All the different vehicles I have been fortunate to drive, and there have been a lot of good ones, I know how hard it is to get to Victory Lane,” Harvick said. “And to know we have been there 100 times is something I almost can’t fathom.”

In a very similar fashion as to what happened last week at Atlanta, Harvick led the most laps for the second event in a row, and the 46th time in his career he has led the most laps in a single event.

Harvick now leads the competition with three stage wins, 13 playoff points and 40 stage points.

The California-native has not finished outside the top 10 on any 1.5-mile track since the spring race at Las Vegas last year where a blown tire resulted in a 38th-place finish.
