If additional funding is found throughout the season, David Ragan will continue to see signs of improvement in 2014

Although Ragan and the No. 34 team slipped to 28th in final points in the last three races of the season, the superlative moment of the team’s season was the upset win at Talladega Superspeedway in May.

2014 will be the season Ragan and Front Row Motorsports continue to make strides in the right direction as far as performance and sponsorship.

With team owner Bob Jenkins having to dig less into his personal finances to keep his cars running in 2013, a variety of companies climbed on board his cars, including Peanut Patch and CSX Transportation. If more funding can be found in 2014, FRM can focus more on on-track performance and less on the financial burden, in which the team will benefit altogether.

While FRM may not be a powerhouse Ford organization, Ragan and teammate David Gilliland are back in 2014 and both will continue to run closer to the top-20 at non-superspeedway tracks on a more consistent basis.

The best place for David Ragan to capture a win will be at a Superspeedway. In his two seasons at Front Row Motorsports, Ragan’s four top-10 finishes have all come at Talladega.
