Greg Biffle wants to race another Daytona 500
Could another Daytona 500 be in the cards for Greg Biffle?

The 19-time NASCAR Cup Series winner, who last raced in the Daytona 500 in 2022, would like to have another shot at competing in The Great American Race.
Yet, at this time, Biffle does not have a ride lined up for next year’s race.
“I don’t have anything in the works right now, so I would say Daytona in February is probably slim,” Biffle said on the Let’s Go Racing with David Starr podcast.
“I definitely will be there. I love that time of the year and Daytona, so I’ll be down there wandering around, but as far as being behind the wheel, it’s probably unlikely (in 2025).
“I want to put something together and run another 500 in a good, competitive car. So I need to get off my butt and start working on it and find a good car to drive.”
Biffle has raced in the Daytona 500 15 times, earning the pole for the race in 2004 and placing a career-best of third-place twice (2010 and 2012).
Additionally, races beyond the Daytona 500 in the NASCAR Cup Series could interest Biffle.
“I’m definitely not ruling anything out for running a few races here and there,” Biffle added.

Biffle, 54, last raced a five-race stint in the Cup Series in 2022 with NY Racing. His highest finish was a 20th-place finish at Atlanta in March.
The Washington native made the short list of potential NASCAR Hall-of-Fame inductees for 2025 earlier this year.
Biffle won championships in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series (2000) and NASCAR Xfinity Series (2002).
