Kurt Busch completes 750th start

LAS VEGAS — Kurt Busch finished his 750th career race in NASCAR’s elite series with his eighth-place finish in the South Point 400 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
In 750 starts, Busch has amassed 28 poles, 33 wins, 154 Top-5 finishes, 328 Top-10 finishes, 10,094 laps led and the 2004 series championship.
Busch has the 12th-most starts in NASCAR history and the most among the active NASCAR Cup Series competition.
Seven-time champion Richard Petty has the most starts all-time with 1,184, followed by Ricky Rudd (906), Terry Labonte (890), Dave Marcis (883), and Mark Martin (882).
