Kyle Larson will be staying put at Hendrick Motorsports for at least another four years.

Hendrick Motorsports announced Friday (Sept. 16) Larson will continue to drive for the team through the 2026 season.

Additionally, Larson’s sponsor, HendrickCars.com, extended their commitments with the organization through 2026.

“I can’t explain how much this opportunity means,” Larson said in a press release.

“The chance to compete for the top team and best sponsors in racing is something every driver dreams about. I’m humbled to have incredible people in my corner and amazing support from so many fans.”

Larson has raced for the organization since 2021, delivering 10 points-awarding Cup Series race wins, the All Star Race victory, and the 2021 championship — all in his first year with the organization.

Currently, Larson has won two races in 2022 and qualified for the NASCAR Cup Series Playoffs.

“When Kyle joined our team, the expectations were sky high from both inside and outside the organization,” said Rick Hendrick, team owner of Hendrick Motorsports. “To say he’s exceeded them would be an understatement.”
