NASCAR Truck Series: Kaden Honeycutt on pole at Bristol
BRISTOL, Tenn. — Kaden Honeycutt earns his second career NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series pole for the Tennessee Army National Guard 250 at Bristol Motor Speedway.

Honeycutt bested a Truck Series field that saw seven NASCAR Cup Series regulars.
They will duke it out for the win tonight which will become the most first division regulars in a single Truck Series race in its history once the green flag flies at 7:30 p.m. EST tonight.
Christian Eckes lines up alongside as both drivers chase their first wins of the season later this evening.
Last fall’s winner Layne Riggs starts third, Chase Briscoe fourth who makes his first Truck Series start since dirt covered the coliseum’s track surface.
Red-hot qualifier of late, Jake Garcia, slots into fifth with teammate Ty Majeski starting sixth alongside him.
Spire Motorsports teammates Carson Hocevar and Kyle Busch make up row four, they look to double their winning combination from earlier this season.
Truck Series regulars Ben Rhodes and Gio Ruggiero round out the top ten in the fifth row.
Other Storylines
Corey Heim starts 12th to chase the win and the $500,000 payday that comes with it. But the competition is strong tonight and faces opposition from even outside the top ten qualifiers.
Four other Cup Series regulars join him outside the top ten: Ross Chastain starts 11th, while Niece Motorsports teammate Ricky Stenhouse Jr. rolls off 21st.
Christopher Bell makes another start in the Halmar-Friesen No. 62 in 15th.
Three drivers skipped qualifying altogether. Daniel Suarez, the final Cup Series regular in the field, battled power steering issues in practice and starts dead last in 36th.
Timmy Hill needed radiator repairs, and Dawson Sutton crashed during the lone practice session, also due to power steering trouble. Fortunately, every entry makes the 36-truck field tonight.
