Noah Gragson to attempt Daytona 500

Noah Gragson will attempt to make the 2021 Daytona 500 next month with Beard Motorsports, the team announced Thursday (Jan. 14).

Gragson will have to qualify his car into the race as an open entry.

Gragson replaces Brendan Gaughan, who had competed for the team on a part-time basis from 2017 to 2020.

If Gragson makes the race, it will be his Cup Series debut.
