Jones became the 190th driver to become a winner in the Cup Series. The last first-time winner was Ryan Blaney in June 2017 at Pocono Raceway.
The only drivers who have started every race this year but have yet to score stage points in 2018 are Matt DiBenedetto and Gray Gaulding.
“We don’t have anything planned for next year,” Buescher said to The Racing Experts. “I did get to run, I think it was six races what it ended up being, and I had a blast doing it. It was an awesome bunch of guys over there, had a lot of fun, and learned a lot as well.”
