Brad Keselowski, RFK Racing parting ways after 2026 season
Brad Keselowski and RFK Racing will split at the the end of the 2026 NASCAR Cup Series season.
The team announced Tuesday (Sept. 29) Keselowski will depart his driving duties from the No. 6 team, where he has driven for the team since 2022.
“RFK Racing and Keselowski intend to collaboratively and mutually work through the appropriate next steps regarding his existing ownership interest in the organization, and the team supports his desire to explore his career opportunities elsewhere,” the team said in a statement.
In his five seasons driving the No. 6 car, Keselowski posted one victory (Darlington 2024) and qualified for the Chase twice (2023 and 2024).
The 2012 champion has amassed 36 wins in his career, the equvalent of one exact full season of races, and has raced in every event since the Talladega Nov. 2009 race (610 consecutive races).
“I’m nowhere near ready to be done as a driver,” the 42-year-old Keselowski said in a statement. “I still have a lot I want to accomplish in this sport, and I’m looking forward to what comes next.”
