Carson Brown to make O’Reilly Series debut at Iowa
ARCA Menards Series driver Carson Brown will make his NASCAR O’Reilly Series debut in the HyVee Perks 250 at Iowa Speedway.
The 18-year-old standout will join Jordan Anderson Racing in their No. 32 Chevrolet with sponsorship from Distributor Wire & Cable.
Brown has made 11 career ARCA starts including six so far in 2026. He will run the proceeding ARCA race this Friday at Iowa Speedway in preparation for his series debut.
“Running the ARCA race on Friday is a huge benefit. I haven’t been to Iowa before, so every lap I make in the ARCA car will make that learning curve on Saturday a little less steep,” Brown added.
Phoenix Raceway was the catalyst for his jump to the O’Reilly Series. In the spring, he was able to convert his first career pole to his first career series victory.
That Phoenix domination had Richard Childress Racing at his doorstep and the two agreed on a developmental contract. From there, the partnership continued to blossom into his first O’Reilly Series contract and the potential for a full-time series contract in 2027.
Currently, his stats show the trajectory for a high NASCAR potential. Brown has eight career top three finishes and four poles that include his current run of consecutive ARCA East Series poles from IRP and Flat Rock.
“I’ve been fortunate to race with great teams, managed by incredibly smart people who have mentored me and prepared me for this moment. The NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series is a big step, but it’s the right step and I’m definitely ready for it. It’s an awesome opportunity and I’m proud to be doing it with Chevrolet, Jordan Anderson Racing Bommarito Autosport and Distributor Wire & Cable,” said Brown.
