Chase Elliott ready for 2024 after shoulder procedure
NASCAR Cup Series driver Chase Elliott revealed earlier this week he underwent a procedure on his shoulder.

“I had a little procedure on my shoulder. I had an old injury that I need to get tended to,” Elliott said on social media Friday.
Chase Elliott joked the NASCAR off-season is a better time to get surgery.
In March, Elliott injured his leg in a snowboarding incident. He missed six races as a result.
Despite 7 Top-5 finishes and 15 Top-10s when he came back, Elliott missed the NASCAR Cup Series Playoffs for the first time.
He also went winless for the first time since 2017.
“Here we are, everything is all good, ready to go for 2024. I’m certainly looking forward to the Daytona 500 coming up in February,” Elliott said.
The 2020 champion will enter 2024 with a 41-race winless streak.
The only other surgery removal is his crew chief.
Alan had a lot to deal with as well. The varous driver changes and the fact Chase was not 100%. 2024 is going to be a great rebound for Chase the #9 crew.
