Christopher Bell cracks double-digit wins in NASCAR Cup Series
Christopher Bell is the latest NASCAR Cup Series driver to reach 10 victories in the NASCAR Cup Series.

By winning the Ambetter Health 400 at Atlanta Motor Speedway Sunday, Bell moved to a four-way tie for 63rd on the series’ wins list, tied with Donnie Allison, Clint Bowyer, and Sterling Marlin.
“We are just getting started,” Bell said of the momentum the victory gives his No. 20 team. “We are going to our bread-and-butter next week. Iโm super excited about it.”
Bell’s 10th victory came in his 182nd career start. Bell, 30, has won at least one race in each of the last five seasons and all of his wins have come from behind-the-wheel of the No. 20 Toyota.
The Joe Gibbs Racing driver broke a losing streak of 19 races, dating back to Loudon in June 2024.
“I am glad we don’t have to hear that,” Bell said. “Joe Gibbs Racing has not won since June. I’m very happy to end that narrative.”
Historical Context
For Allison, his 10th win came in his 169th start (Atlanta 1978). Bowyer’s final win came at Michigan in 2018 in his 448th start. Marlin’s last victory was in his 544th start at Darlington in 2002.

Herb Thomas, the 1951 and 1953 series champion, was the first driver in NASCAR history to earn 10 victories with his win at Central City Speedway in Macon, Ga. in 1952, his 59th career race.
Thomas went on to win 48 races across his 10-year career.
Across the 77-year history of the NASCAR Cup Series, 205 drivers have won a race. Of 205 winners, 143 have multiple wins.
Of the multiple winners, 87 have won five or more races; 66 have won 10+ races, 36 have won 25+, and 15 have won 50+.
Richard Petty leads the series on the all-time wins list with 200 wins, followed by David Pearson (105) and Jeff Gordon (93).
