Corey Heim wins Bristol with late-race pass
Corey Heim will race for the 2023 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series championship.
Heim made a pass for the lead with six laps to go Thursday night at Bristol Motor Speedway on Christian Eckes to take his third win of the 2023 season.
“To win one at the end like that, is so special,” Heim said. “We finally got one back.”
For Eckes, who started second, he led a race-high 150 of the 200 laps.
“That one stings for sure,” Eckes said.
Grant Enfinger, Carson Hocevar, and Taylor Gray rounded out the Top-5 finishers.
