Daytona ARCA race rescheduled to Friday
DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. —Officials moved the ARCA Menards Series season opener at Daytona International Speedway from Saturday afternoon to Friday night.
The ARCA race was set to run Saturday at 1:30 p.m. ET. However, with inclement weather in the forecast for that time, the race will run after the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race wraps up.
The Truck race begins just after 7:30 p.m. ET Friday. It is expected to get done in time for the expected ARCA start time of 10:30 p.m. ET.
The ARCA race will air on Fox Sports 2, then move to FS1 after college basketball wraps up. The Truck race will be on FS1. Both races will be on MRN and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio.
Viewers who subscribe to FS1 may also watch the ARCA race on the FOX Sports App in its entirety. The race will also re-air on FS1 during its original Saturday timeslot.
Fans with Saturday grandstand tickets and fanzone admission are welcome to attend the Truck and ARCA doubleheader Friday night.
