Denny Hamlin ties two drivers on wins list

Denny Hamlin is now tied with Tim Flock and Matt Kenseth on the NASCAR Cup Series wins list.
Hamlin took the checkered flag Wednesday night (May 20) in the Toyota 500 at Darlington Raceway, his second win of 2020 and 39th of his career.
โWe made really good adjustments between the two races, really worked hard to get our car a little bit better than what it was here on Sunday,โ Hamlin said. โReally things just kind of worked out.โ

Flock, Hamlin and Kenseth are tied for 21st on the all-time wins list.
The next five drivers ahead on the wins list are Mark Martin (40), Bill Elliott (44), Buck Baker (46), Herb Thomas (48) and Tony Stewart (49).
Only three active Cup Series drivers have more wins than Hamlin and Kenseth; Jimmie Johnson (83), Kyle Busch (56) and Kevin Harvick (50).
The next race for the Cup Series will be the Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway on Sunday, May 24.
