Dye, Love on pole for Saturday doubleheader at Atlanta
Daniel Dye and Jesse Love will lead the field to the green flag in their respective races during a Saturday doubleheader at Atlanta Motor Speedway.
Dye earned the pole for the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series’ FR8 208. Love earned the pole for the NASCAR Xfinity Series’ RAPTOR King of Tough 250.

Love also won the pole at Daytona last week. He is now the first driver in Xfinity Series history to go undefeated for the pole in his first two starts.
Like at Daytona, Love will share the front row with Richard Childress Racing teammate Austin Hill. RCR has been strong in qualifying at drafting tracks, winning the pole the last three Xfinity Series races at Daytona.
Their closest competitor is Kaulig Racing. They won the three Daytona poles before RCR’s current run and the pole last summer at Atlanta.
However, they struggled in qualifying. A.J. Allmendinger, Shane van Gisbergen and Josh Williams qualified seventh, 13th and 16th, respectively.
John Hunter Nemechek (third) was the highest-qualifying Toyota driver. Riley Herbst (fourth) was the highest-qualifying Ford driver.
