Joey Logano tied with two drivers on wins list
With two wins in the bank this season, Joey Logano is now tied for 33rd all-time on the NASCAR Cup Series wins list.
Logano won the FanShield 500 at Phoenix Raceway Sunday (March 8) to claim his 25th win in NASCAR’s elite series.
Logano is tied with Jim Paschal and two-time series champion Joe Weatherly.
Before the start of the season, Logano was tied for 36th all-time with Ricky Rudd.
The next five drivers ahead of Logano on the wins list are Dale Earnhardt Jr. (26 wins), Fred Lorenzon (26), Martin Truex Jr. (26), Carl Edwards and Rex White (28).
Among active drivers, the 2018 champion has the eighth-most wins. Jimmie Johnson leads the category with 83 career wins.
