Josh Bilicki to drive for Joe Gibbs Racing
HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. — Joe Gibbs Racing announced Tuesday that journeyman driver Josh Bilicki will drive their No. 19 NASCAR Xfinity Series Toyota this season.

Bilicki will run multiple races in the No. 19 Toyota, beginning June 1 at Portland International Raceway (FS1, MRN, SiriusXM NASCAR Radio Ch. 90).
“Josh (Bilicki) brings a unique skillset to our program that is going to be particularly valuable for us with our road course efforts” said Steve deSouza, Executive Vice President of JGR’s Xfinity Series program. “We’re looking forward to having him in the car as our No. 19 GR Supra continues its owner’s championship campaign.”
The 29-year-old Menomonee Falls, Wisc. native made his NASCAR debut in the Xfinity Series with Obaika Motorsports in 2016. Since then, he has made 204 starts across the top-3 NASCAR national series.
In 96 Xfinity Series starts, Bilicki has two Top-10 finishes and led 16 laps.
“This is a huge opportunity for me and my partners,” said Bilicki. “I’ve been blessed to race for a lot of teams but given JGR’s reputation in the Xfinity Series, I’m particularly excited to see what we can accomplish in their equipment.”
This season, Bilicki has raced for DGM Racing. They posted on social media, wishing him well ahead of his first start in Portland.
“Well. Freaking. Deserved. We are so happy to see @joshbilicki get a chance to pilot the No. 19 this year. Good luck, buddy!”
JGR will announce the rest of his schedule with them at a later date.
