Justin Haley, Spire Motorsports to split after 2025
Justin Haley and Spire Motorsports will split at the end of the 2025 NASCAR Cup Series season.

Spire Motorsports announced Tuesday, Oct. 14, the split with the 26-year-old driver.
Haley made select starts for the team from 2019 to 2021, returning to the organization late in 2024 and in a full-time capacity this year.
Haley earned the team’s first and only NASCAR Cup win to date in his third-ever premier series start at Daytona in 2019, winning the rain-shortened summer race at the superspeedway.

“He made us winners and returned home after forging his own path in the Cup Series,” Spire Motorsports co-owner Jeff Dickerson said in a statement.
“Justin is the embodiment of a true racer who has quietly become a respected competitor within the NASCAR garage and will be an incredible asset to his next team.”
In 2025, Haley has posted one Top-5 finish and two Top-10 finishes and is ranked 31st overall in points.

The team has not announced a replacement for the No. 7 in 2026 at this time.
Haley has competed full-time in the Cup Series since 2022, racing for team including Kaulig Racing and Rick Ware Racing.

No secret he came back to Spire after he got the best out of Rick Ware for most of last year following RWRโs tough times back in 2023. Sadly the form he hopes to see at Spire couldnโt quite work out but heโd be great at any other small team like RWR again or back to Xfinity.
