Kurt Busch delivered Ford Performance its 100th Cup Victory in the Ford Fusion Saturday night in the Bass Pro Shops NRA Night Race at Bristol Motor Speedway. It was also Ford’s 669th all-time win in NASCAR’s premier series.

Ford has now exceeded their wins from last season with 11 this year. Kevin Harvick (7 wins), Clint Bowyer (2 wins), and Joey Logano (1 win) have also won for Ford this season.

In April, it was announced that the Mustang will be replacing the Fusion after this season. According to the manufacturer, it will be Ford’s fourth different Monster Energy Series model since the “modern era” began in 1972 – the Mustang will follow the Thunderbird, Taurus and Fusion, the current model.

Ford Performance has six organizations and 13 teams in its NASCAR lineup, including Wood Brothers Racing, Roush Fenway Racing, Team Penske, Stewart-Haas Racing, Front Row Motorsports and Go Fas Racing.
