Matt DiBenedetto to race full-time in Trucks

Matt DiBenedetto will drive the 23-race NASCAR Camping World Truck Series schedule in 2022.

Rackley W.A.R. announced Wednesday (Jan. 6) DiBenedetto would drive the No. 25 Chevrolet truck for the team.

The team will compete in its second full-time season in the Truck Series, fielding rides for drivers team owner Willie Allen, Josh Berry, William Byron, Brett Moffitt and Timothy Peters in 2021.

DiBenedetto has spent the last seven years competing full-time in the NASCAR Cup Series, amassing 9 Top-5 finishes and 31 Top-10 finishes.

The season opener for the Truck Series is scheduled for Feb. 18 at Daytona International Speedway.
