Halmar Friesen Racing to field truck for local ace at New Hampshire Motor Speedway
LOUDON, N.H. โ Micheal Christopher Jr will make his NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series debut in the number 62 Halmar Friesen Racing Toyota, this weekend for the Team EJP 175 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway.

Christopher Jr hails from Walcott, Connecticut coming from New England racing royalty. Like his father, Christopher Sr, and his uncle the late Ted Christopher, has before him, The 26 year old has earned his chops at local tracks in the New England area for a while now.
Now, he gets a chance to showcase his family name once again on a national level.
“The anticipation leading up to this race has been building for a while now, so it’s almost surreal knowing it’s all aout to happen” Christopher said.
Showcasing his appreciation he added “… It’s on New England’s biggest race weekend, so I’m honored to have my debut in from of the fans, friends, and family I’ve grown up with”.
The veteran SK modifieds driver boasts 17 career feature wins including his historical victories in the open and SK modifieds at Stafford Speedway on the same night.
So far in 2025, he has bounced around the Modified scene in the Northeast. Grabbing his most recent victory in the SK Modified TC-13 Shootout at Stafford Speedway poising him with great momentum heading into his double header weekend at New Hampshire Motor Speedway.
