NASCAR Championship Weekend to return to Phoenix in 2024

PHOENIX — Phoenix Raceway’s reward for years of sellouts will be getting to host NASCAR Championship Weekend again in 2024.

The 2024 NASCAR Cup, Xfinity and Craftsman Truck Series and ARCA West champions will be crowned at Phoenix, Nov. 1-3.

This will be the fifth straight year Phoenix will host NASCAR Championship Weekend. 2021 and 2022 each featured sellout crowds for the NASCAR Cup Series Championship Race.

“This honor is a testament to our fans whose overwhelming support makes this a true championship-caliber venue. They pack the grandstands, fill the hillside and create the best camping experience in all of NASCAR inside our breathtaking GEICO Gecko Campground. Now the onus is on us to exceed the already high standards we’ve set to continue building on this momentum and keep them coming back,” said Phoenix Raceway President Latasha Causey.

According to the track, a limited number of seats remain for the 2023 championship race.
