Parker Retzlaff to make NASCAR Cup Series debut
MT. PLEASANT, Mich. — Parker Retzlaff will make his NASCAR Cup Series debut later this summer at Daytona International Speedway.

Retzlaff will drive the No. 62 Chevrolet Camaro for Beard Motorsports in the August 24 Coke Zero Sugar 400 at Daytona.
“This is the goal – racing in the NASCAR Cup Series, and especially racing at Daytona,” Retzlaff said. “It’s what I have been working for and it’s what everyone that races in the lower series work toward. It’s an exciting time getting ready to make my first start in the Cup Series and it’s an incredible opportunity to do this with Beard Motorsports. Everyone in the NASCAR garage knows what that team is capable of, especially at the superspeedways, so I’m just really excited and ready for this chance.”
Retzlaff races in the NASCAR Xfinity Series. He has three Top-5 finishes, 11 Top-10s and a pole in 54 career starts. He currently races for Jordan Anderson Racing.

Beard Motorsports has been on track in the Daytona 500 and Talladega with Anthony Alfredo this season. Alfredo finished 27th in the Daytona 500 and sixth at Talladega after leading four laps.
