Squirrel to race in ARCA with Cleetus again at Michigan
George Siciliano, also known as “Squirrel McNutt” will race again in the ARCA Menards Series at Michigan. He will drive the No. 0 Ford for Rette Jones Racing using the owner points from Wayne Peterson Motorsports.

Squirrel, who is close friends with Cleetus McFarland will also compete as a teammate to him for the fourth time in 2026. He previously raced against him at Rockingham in the ARCA Menards Series East, and also at Kansas and Talladega.
The news was first revealed on the Bald Eagles podcast hosted by both drivers. It was then mentioned again in ARCA’s pit box previewing the race at Michigan on Friday.
Squirrel began his part time schedule in ARCA with the encouragement of the late Greg Biffle, a friend of his and Cleetus. He debuted in the east series at Hickory where he qualified ninth, and finished in 13th, seven laps down.
To get approved for Kansas, he then had to run Rockingham which was not originally on his schedule. He qualified in 11th, and finished in ninth, three laps down.
At Kansas, he started in 24th due to qualifying being cancelled. He finished in 12th, two laps down and earned his approval to race at Talladega.
Unfortunately he was eliminated in the big one with seven laps to go and finished 29th.
While Michigan was not on his original schedule, the two-mile oval will provide a new challenge for him with higher speeds all around compared to Kansas. Lifting with the high speeds compared to Talladega will also provide another challenge for Squirrel.
Squirrel will also be competing in a field of nearly 30 cars like he did at Kansas.
While Cleetus will be pulling double duty also running in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race on Saturday, both drivers are expected to draw a lot of attention to the ARCA race on Friday.
The ARCA Menards Series will compete at Michigan International Speedway for the Henry Ford Health 200 on Friday, June 5.
