TALLADEGA, Ala. Inclement weather halted the progress of the 1000Bulbs.com 500 at Talladega Superspeedway on Sunday afternoon, only 57 laps into the scheduled distance of 188 laps.

Only a single stage had been completed to that point, so the race will be postponed until 2:00 pm ET on Monday afternoon.

William Byron held off a charge from Joey Logano to win Stage 1. Alex Bowman, Ricky Stenhouse, Jr., and Brad Keselowski rounded out the Top 5.

131 laps remain when the green flag drops again. The weather forecast for Monday afternoon calls for partly cloudy skies and a high of 78 degrees, per The Weather Channel.
