Chase Elliott to race Xfinity Series race at Pocono
Chase Elliott will race the Hendrick Motorsports No. 17 entry at Pocono Raceway on Saturday, July 22, the team announced Wednesday (July 12).
Elliott, the 2014 series champion, will attempt to make his first start in the series since 2021.
Pocono will be the No. 17 team’s third entry in 2023, with William Byron racing at Circuit of the Americas in March and Kyle Larson at Sonoma Raceway in June.
