Christopher Bell takes pole position at Michigan

Christopher Bell won the pole for the Firekeepers Casino 400 Saturday at Michigan International Speedway.

Ross Chastain will share the front row with Bell.

“Hopefully we can put a good race together tomorrow,” Bell said.

The pole is Bell’s second of 2023 and the sixth of his career.

Ty Gibbs, Chris Buescher and Martin Truex Jr. rounded out the Top-5 qualifiers.

The FireKeepers Casino 400 is scheduled for Sunday, Aug. 6, at 2:30 p.m. ET.
