Details of Brian France’s arrest
NASCAR’s CEO and Chairman Brian France was arrested Sunday night by the Sag Harbor Village Police Department in Sag Harbor, New York and was charged with aggravated DWI and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
