Denny Hamlin’s 2019 Daytona 500 race-winning car will be on display at the NASCAR Hall of Fame in Charlotte, North Carolina ahead of festivities for the 2020 NASCAR Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony.

Hamlin’s car owner Joe Gibbs —along with Buddy Baker, Bobby Labonte, Tony Stewart and Waddell Wilson — will be inducted Friday, January 31 into the NASCAR Hall of Fame.

“I remember that night I referred to the win as the biggest win I’ve ever had in anything,” Joe Gibbs said in a news release.

“It was an emotional experience for everything it represented for J.D. [Gibbs] and our family and I’m thrilled to work with Daytona to have the car on display for this weekend’s induction ceremony and for the next year.”

Hamlin led the nine laps of the Daytona 500 en route to his second victory in The Great American Race last February.

The racecar will return to Daytona International Speedway after the induction ceremony. The winning racecar had been on display at the Florida-speedway’s Ticket and Tours Building.

The racecar will eventually be returned to Joe Gibbs Racing and thereafter, return to the NASCAR Hall of Fame to be displayed in the Hall of Honor.
