NASCAR: Corey Heim holds off Honeycutt for Michigan Truck win

Corey Heim prevailed once again in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, holding off TRICON Garage teammate Kaden Honeycutt for the win Saturday at Michigan International Speedway.

For Heim, the win was his third of 2026 and 26th of his career.

Carson Hocevar, Layne Riggs and Chandler Smith rounded out the Top-5.

Throughout the race

Lap 94: Caution for a Cole Butcher and Spencer Boyd crash. It appeared a flat tire for Butcher sent him towards the outside retaining wall. Boyd was alongside when the tire went down.
Lap 89: Under caution. Polesitter Ty Majeski backed it into the wall in Turn 2.
Lap 75: Last year’s winner Stewart Friesen goes for a spin in Turn 3. Caution.
Lap 68: Caution it out for a Cleetus McFarland spin in Turn 2. He is currently scored 27th on the lead lap.
Lap 60: Bell wins Stage 2. 2-10: Hein, Hocevar, Honeycutt, Smith, Eckes, Chastain, Ruggerio, Enfinger, Majeski
Lap 30: Christopher Bell wins Stage 1. 2-10: Hocevar, Honeycutt, C. Smith, L. Riggs, Heim, Eckes, Ruggerio, Garcia, Chastain.
Lap 8: Race is under caution after a Kris Wright and Frankie Muniz cuation in Turn 4.
Lap 1: Green flag! Ty Majeski and Christopher Bell are the front row.
