Joey Logano ties Carl Edwards, Rex White in wins

Joey Logano’s victory in the Goodyear 400 at Darlington Raceway Sunday (May 8) earned the 2018 Cup Series champion his 28th career victory.

Logano is now tied with Carl Edwards and Rex White for 29th all-time on the series’ wins list.

The win extended Logano’s streak of winning at least one points-awarding race in consecutive seasons to 11.

Ahead of Logano on the wins list include Martin Truex Jr. (31), Dale Jarrett (32), Kurt Busch (33), Fireball Roberts (33), and Brad Keselowski (35).

The next points-awarding race for the Cup Series is at Kansas Speedway, set for Sunday, May 15.
