Kurt Busch, Martin Truex Jr. tied on wins list
Martin Truex Jr. and Kurt Busch are now tied on the NASCAR Cup Series all-time wins list at 25th overall.
Truex’s Monday victory at New Hampshire Motor Speedway was his third of 2023 and the 34th of his Cup Series career.
“That’s all that matters right now,” Truex said in reference to the championship being the next goal. “We’ve got to keep winning.”
Truex started the season tied with Joey Logano for 28th all-time on the wins list.
Truex has earned 15 of his 34 victories driving for Joe Gibbs Racing since joining the team in 2019.
Ahead of Busch and Truex on the wins list are Brad Keselowski (35), Bobby Isaac (37), Tim Flock (39), Matt Kenseth (39), and Mark Martin (40).
