Kyle Larson moves to 26th all-time on NASCAR wins list
With his clutch victory Sunday in the YellaWood 500 at Talladega Superspeedway, Kyle Larson earned his third win of 2026 and the 35th of his NASCAR Cup Series career.

Earning his first career superspeedway victory, Larson is now in sole possession of 26th all-time on NASCAR’s Cup Series wins list.
“I wouldn’t have lost any sleep I don’t think if I ended my Cup career without a speedway win,” Larson said. “Certainly it does ease the feeling. Definitely there’s a sense of relief.”
The win broke a three-way tie with Kurt Busch and Martin Truex Jr. Larson matched the fellow past champions with his perfect win at Kansas Speedway last month.
Larson is one win away from earning the equivalent of one full season of Cup Series points wins.
Directly ahead of Larson on the wins list 2012 series champion Brad Keselowski (36), 1970 series champion Bobby Isaac (37), two-time series champion Tim Flock (39), and 2003 champion Matt Kenseth (39).
