Parker Retzlaff scores first pole, first for Jordan Anderson Racing
RICHMOND, Va. — Parker Retzlaff posted the fast time in NASCAR Xfinity Series qualifying Saturday at Richmond Raceway to earn his — and his team Jordan Anderson Racing’s — first career pole.

Retzlaff laid down a 22.420-second lap time, the only driver to average over 120 MPH (120.428 mph) in their qualifying run.
The pole comes in what will be Retzlaff’s 48th career start. Prior to Richmond, his highest start was fourth on four occasions.
For JAR, their highest start was fourth as well on five separate occasions.
Brandon Jones qualified second, and will start outside pole.
Cole Custer, Chandler Smith and Justin Allgaier round out the Top-5 starters.
The ToyotaCare 250 is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. ET today on Fox Sports 1/MRN.
