The NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series race resumed after an hours-long delay saw the race complete 33 of its 200 scheduled laps.

The NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race, originally slated for Friday night, only had its pace laps occur before rain postponed the race.

NASCAR announced the race is scheduled for Sunday at 10 a.m. ET.

Prior to the NOAPS race Saturday, NASCAR Cup Series qualifying was cancelled, and a modified, combined 45-minute practice for all 39 entries was interrupted by the weather.

At the time of original publication, the National Weather Service was forecasting an 80 percent chance of rain the rest of Saturday.

Per the NWS, Sunday shows showers and thunderstorms throughout the day and night, with a chance of precipitation at 70 percent.
