In his first 120 Cup Series races, Ross Chastain’s highest finish was second-place three times. In his last five races, Chastain has picked up two victories.

The Trackhouse Racing driver led one lap — the final one — in the GEICO 500 at Talladega Superspeedway Sunday (Apr. 24).

In its 74-year history, the Cup Series has seen 2,968 drivers compete in points-awarding events.

Of those drivers, 201 have won at least one points-awarding race. And of those winners, 135 have multiple victories in the series.

Other active winners in the Cup Series with two victories are A.J. Allmendinger, David Ragan, Erik Jones and Ricky Stenhouse Jr.
