Ryan Blaney on pole at Richmond
Ryan Blaney will lead the field to the green flag Sunday in the Toyota Owners 400 at Richmond Raceway.
In qualifying Saturday, Blaney posted a lap time of 22.541 seconds, earning his third pole of 2022 and the ninth of his career.
“I thought it was an ugly lap on my end,” Blaney said. “…Proud of my 12 guys.”
William Byron, Kyle Busch, Chase Briscoe and Erik Jones rounded out the Top-5 starters.
The Toyota Owners 400 will be televised on FOX, Sunday (April 3) at 3:30 p.m. ET.
