Kvapil will once again drive JR Motorsports’ No. 88 Chevrolet. He’ll drive a blue version of the Chevrolet Truck Season ride he wheeled to a fourth-place finish at Martinsville Speedway.

Kvapil is the son of former NASCAR Cup Series driver and 2003 Craftsman Truck Series Champion Travis Kvapil.

The younger Kvapil has picked up on his dad’s racing chops. Already, Carson Kvapil is a CARS Super Late Model Tour champion. He has also won the last two CARS Late Model Stock Tour championships.

Carson Kvapil and the NASCAR Xfinity Series field will get the green for the BetRivers 200 at Dover Motor Speedway just after 1:30 p.m. ET Saturday (FS1, PRN, SiriusXM NASCAR Radio).
