IndyCar regular Louis Foster to make NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series debut at Lime Rock
Louis Foster, who currently races full time in IndyCar for Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing will make a surprise appearance in NASCAR.

Foster will drive the No. 76 Chevrolet for Freedom Racing Enterprises at Lime Rock Park for his NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series debut.
IndyCar has an off week next weekend which allows Foster to compete in the Truck race.
Foster will have sponsorship from Droplight, which sponsors his IndyCar program in the No. 45 for RLL. But they also are a current FRE sponsor through a partnership with Desnuda Organic Tequila.
On SPEED with Kevin Harvick and Will Buxton back in April, Foster expressed interest in racing in NASCAR as high as the Cup Series.
Foster is also the 2022 Indy Pro 2000 champion, and 2024 Indy NXT champion. He currently sits 18th in points in IndyCar, but also scored his first two top ten finishes this year at the Indianapolis Road Course and Detroit.
The 22-year-old from the United Kingdom has never raced at Lime Rock before. The 1.53 mile road course in Northwest Connecticut will provide a challenge for Foster as he makes his debut in NASCAR.
