NASCAR reinstates Cody Ware
NASCAR announced Tuesday they approved Cody Ware to return to all racing activity, lifting his indefinite suspension.

Reports indicate authorities dropped the criminal charges Ware faced.
In April, authorities arrested Ware, accusing him of “assaulting a female.” Following this, NASCAR indefinitely suspended Ware.
Before this, Ware drove the No. 51 Ford for Rick Ware Racing in the NASCAR Cup Series. Ware did the first seven races this year before being replaced in the wake of this situation.
